Each bar has a different purpose. Together, they cover the key moments of your day.
TropiNut Break Bar: coconut and pineapple, high in fibre, for mid-morning or afternoon breaks.
PistaNut Boost Bar: pistachio and 70mg of natural caffeine, to start the day or before training.
Hunger Berry Bar: red berries, glucomannan and inulin, to keep your appetite in check between meals.
CocoaNut Recovery Bar: cocoa and hazelnut, with BCAA and glutamine, for post-workout.
The Pack of 4 brings one bar of each flavour. It is the simplest way to taste the whole range.
The Pack of 12 brings three bars of each flavour. It covers two to three weeks of snacks and costs less per bar.
If you already know you like nut bars, go for the Pack of 12. If this is your first order, start with the Pack of 4.
Every Stautt bar is made with a Portuguese recipe. We use oats, nuts, fruit and honey or agave syrup. No artificial colours or flavours.
Each bar weighs 35g and has between 127 and 159 kcal. A nut-based snack can be part of a balanced diet, as the World Health Organization recommends.
