Shipping

Where do you ship to and what are the delivery times?

• Mainland Portugal and Spain: delivery within 4 business days.
• Madeira and Azores: delivery within 6 business days.
• Rest of Europe: delivery within 9 business days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping is free on orders over €50. A bar pack or a gummy pack easily reaches that amount.

Can delivery times be delayed?

Yes. During holiday seasons or in case of issues with the shipping companies, delivery times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify the customer.

How we prepare your order

We pack every order in Esposende, taking care that the bars and gummies arrive in perfect condition. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the shipping details.

Store the products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, as shown on the packaging.

Exchange and return policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be in the same condition as it was received: unused, with tags and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us by email at geral@stautt.com. The product must be sent to the following address: Av. Palmeira, 317, 4740-599 Esposende, Portugal.

Returns must be approved by our team in advance. Items sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

When you receive your order, inspect it carefully. If the product is damaged or if there is any problem, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and provide a solution.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether the refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. If the refund takes more than 15 business days, contact us by email at geral@stautt.com.

14-day cooling-off period

In accordance with European Union legislation, you have the right to cancel your purchase up to 14 days after receiving the product, without giving a reason. The product must be in the same condition as it was received: unused, with tags and in the original packaging.

Note: Stautt does not accept product exchanges or returns of items without defects or damage. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Our return and exchange policy may be adjusted without prior notice.
